US firm’s nuclear reactor to extract critical minerals, desaline oilfield wastewater
Natura Resources and NGL Energy have announced a strategic agreement to pair advanced nuclear technology with industrial-scale water desalination.
The collaboration aims to combine Natura’s 100-megawatt (MW) molten-salt reactor (MSR-100) with NGL’s massive water treatment infrastructure in the Permian Basin.
